“I went on this trip alone and had such a fun experience meeting new people and having a great time. All the food tastings were great. Definitely enough food. Loved all the drinks we had along the way as well. Learned about some other spots that were recommended by the guide in the Funk Zone which after the the tour actually ended up keeping the party going with the people I met. Then I checked out one of the cocktail locations and dining spots they pointed out on the tour and it was sooooo good! Fun experience and great way to try new things and meet new people. Could definitely also see it being fun for a group of friends and family to experience together too.”

Our tour guide, Bridget, was very knowledgeable of Solvang. She was great at explaining the whole history of how Solvang came to be. She also showed us some really cool landmarks there. “This was the 2nd time I had done the Funk Zone tour, last time was 2018. Some of the restaurants have changed but the food & tour are still great. We were fortunate enough to do the tour w/ Tara, the founder of ETST. She was a blast! The food was amazing, I'm still dreaming about the Schnitzel Poutine & Octopus Ceviche. The walking part was not hard or extensive. There were plenty of stops to sit, eat, drink & socialize. Plus, you get discounts on wine & spirits if you are on the tour. We're already planning another trip to SB to take our spouses on the tour.”

I had a great time doing this tour in Solvang. It was my first time visiting this town and I feel this tour cover the highlights of this town. Also, the food and drinks that were provided during the tour were good portions and tasted great! The tour guide (Cameron) was knowledgeable and gave us tips along the way.
