They may not roast on site, but they make up for it with their kitschy hipster vibe, eclectic artwork, and delicious in-house baked goods.

Handlebar Coffee Roasters

These guys roast on-site in their tiny little coffee shop and are known for a top-notch cup of coffee. Grab a seat in the alley and check out the view across the street of the Presidio Chapel or wander the ‘hood to read the historic plaques on the nearby buildings.

Santa Barbara Roasting Co aka SB RoCo

As far as we know, these guys are the OG’s of coffee roasting in town. They’ve been around since before our old college days and have a great location in one of the last brick buildings in the city that neighbors a delicious chocolatier and super cheap taco shop.
